ABOUT ME

I love fashion photography and my training in this genre has enhanced my ability to showcase the visual potential of my subjects whether that be portraiture or a commercial commission. When I plan and execute a shoot, I always plan and work through a thorough creative process, from location scouting and set design, lighting and colour co-ordination to the enhancement and refining of the final image with digital editing software. I really enjoy working with clients, listening and responding to their ideas and hopes for the imagery but I equally relish the opportunity of being given the freedom to create the visual product independently. I love the way photography offers us the opportunity to construct an enhanced version of a reality - an image that intensifies the visual potential of a place, object or person, and to suggest a narrative that engages the viewer. I have worked successfully with a number of retro clothing outlets, independent fashion boutiques and creatives in the South-West and look forward to working with you too!
